Spacious, fully private 1-bedroom basement apartment. Completely separate with own entrance through the backyard.

Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with walk in closet. Pack n Play and high chair available upon request. Futon in living room also available for extra sleeping arrangements by request.

Kitchen: Full kitchen, complete with full-size refrigerator & freezer, stove & oven, microwave, and toaster.

Dog-Friendly: Fully fenced large backyard, we just ask they stay off the bedding and furniture.

One parking spot available in driveway and one on the street. Close to Hill Air Force Base, Snowbasin Ski Resort, and Lagoon.

If you need the temperature adjusted at all during your stay, please let us know.
