The approximately 45 sqm apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a gas hob, oven, large fridge, toaster and German coffee machine. The kitchen has an American-style counter with 4 stools where meals can be consumed, there is no table. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate two adults. The living area has air conditioning and satellite TV and overlooks a large covered terrace with a view of the pool and garden, furnished with a table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and desk for smart working. Bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. A reserved parking space in the garage (dimensions: Length 510 cm, width 225 cm and height 220 cm) and free internet connection are available to guests. Pets are allowed upon request.
