Bright and spacious three-room apartment located near Lazise, in the nearby village of Pacengo, just 950 meters from the lake promenade, the small harbour and the sandy beach with children’s playground and restaurants with lake view. Just 3 minutes walking distance you can enjoy the cozy main square of Pacengo that offers you a choice among classic cafes and typical restaurants. The historic centre of Lazise, just like the town centre of Peschiera del Garda, is about 5 km away, only 8 minutes driving distance. The Movieland, Caneva and Gardaland amusement parks are very close to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a large living room with modern kitchen, double-bed sofa, wooden dining table with 4 chairs, Sat-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, a 4-plate stove, coffe machine, toaster. A large terrace overlooking a green park is perfect for pleasant outdoors lunches and dinners. The master bedroom has got a double bed (1 matress) and a spacious wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has got three single beds and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms are at guests’ disposal: the first one has a window and bathtub to relax yourself during your holiday, the second one is equipped with shower and offers also a washing machine. We did like the location Pacengo with nice restaurants and the beach. For example: a better matress of the masterbed, reparing a wash basin tap (3 years it was already broken) and replenish tableware.

Alloggio spazioso, anche per noi che eravamo in 8 (7 + neonato) comodo per visitare la splendida zona intorno al Lago di Garda facilità di parcheggio davanti al portone. I doppi servizi sono sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Agenzia Regarda molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, anche nei giorni festivi, ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Ben fornito, anche se alcuni piccoli dettagli possono essere migliorati, per es mancano gli strofinacci in cucina o gli appendiabiti per le giacche. Da consigliare.

Leider hingen die Türen ein wenig und scharten auf dem Boden. Unter den Stühlen wären Filzgleiter nicht schlecht, da die Wohnung komplett gefliest ist. Ein zweiter Schlüssel für die Eingangspforte und Haustür wäre auch nicht schlecht. Ansonsten war alles okay und es war schön, dass der Kühlschrank schon eingeschaltet war.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE... MA UN PO’ PIÙ DI ATTENZIONE SUI LETTI

- posizione comodissima, vicinissimo a gardaland, movieland e a molti paesini del Lago di Garda (Sirmione, Peschiera, Lazise...) - appartamento comodo e silenzioso - ottima cucina dotata di tutto il necessario - carinissimo il terrazzo - residence silenzioso - comodo parcheggio per l’auto - ottime trattorie nei dintorni. Siamo stati a cena alla trattoria Marengo.. ottima esperienza! - comodi gli armadi - letti singoli scomodi (addirittura ancora con le molle!) - cuscini scomodissimi - il bagno con la doccia dovrebbe essere dotato anche di bidet. Vi consiglio vivamente di iniziare, intando, cambiando i lettini della camera tripla e soprattutto cambiate i cuscini! Anche perché chi viene nel vostro appartamento essenzialmente lo affitta forse esclusivamente per dormire e dopo giornate passate a camminare su e giù per i parchi, si vuole riposare bene. Siamo comunque stati benissimo!

Schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße. Der Balkon liegt angenehm im Schatten. Viele Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Die Aufteilung ist funktionell. Die Räume sind hell und freundlich. Der Service von Regarda-Fewo ist sehr gut! Die Möbel sind teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Manche Betten sind extrem durchgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung ist teilweise sehr dürftig. Wer mehr kochen will hat mit der Ausstattung Probleme. Die Tiefgarage ist zum Parken kaum nutzbar. Mit meinem Touran bin ich nicht reingekommen.

Urlaub in Lazise

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit drei Personen in Lazise am Gardasee verbracht um mal beruflich abzuschalten. Von München aus ist man zudem relativ schnell dort. Die Wohngegend ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt, und Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus gibt es auch. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, relativ modern eingerichtet, und man hat alles was man zudem benötigt! Einzig der Fernseher ist wirklich sehr klein, da ist jeder Monitor am PC heutzutage größer. In unmittelbarer Nähe, aber auch in den Nachbardörfern, gibt es wirklich gute und preiswerte Restaurants zum Essen gehen. Hunde haben die Nachbarn zwar auch, aber das „angeblich laute Bellen“ ist schon eher die absolute Ausnahme bzw. eigentlich gar nicht der Fall. Wir konnten die Nächte alle ohne Probleme durchschlafen und tagsüber fühlte sich auch keiner von uns gestört - nicht mal annähernd! Wir bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für eine wirklich schöne und entspannte Zeit und kommen gerne für einen Kurzurlaub wieder hierher sowie beste Grüße ans Team von Regarda Travel.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Super Service

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Vor allem die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich bei Außentemperaturen von über 38 Grad. Jederzeit wieder. Der Service ist super nett gewesen und war auch jederzeit für uns da. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielleicht sollte ein größerer Mülleimer her, da war es mit dem Platz, gerade bei Plastik mit den vielen Flaschen sehr schwer.

Schöne Woche in den Pfingstferien

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und liegt in einer schönen Wohnanlage. Es war leider etwas wenig Geschirr vorhanden und die Einrichtung war teilweise etwas verbraucht und sollte vielleicht mal erneuert werden.
