It is located about 1.5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach, on the first floor of the residential complex called Sole del Garda with an adult pool and a children's pool (open from 20/04 to 30/09) immersed in greenery and outdoor parking spaces. The apartment has a double bedroom and a room with two single beds that can be joined, a modern bathroom with WC, walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The living area consists of a kitchen corner with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and toaster, dining table and sofa bed. The living room overlooks the balcony equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, satellite TV available to guests. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted in the house.
