This unique villa is located about 2 km from the water in Lazise, on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. Set in a park of more than 10,000 m², this house has 9 bedrooms, 3 of which are used as living/bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen, two other small kitchens, a very large living room, an impressive staircase, a dining room, and several independently usable outdoor areas with natural stone floors and a 12x6-meter swimming pool. The entire facility is designed for large gatherings, but the huge amount of space still offers everyone the opportunity to retreat if needed. From here you can take advantage of all that the Verona and Lake Garda area has to offer. Culture and entertainment, but also sports and fitness. There are virtually no limits to your imagination.

Eighteen people can sleep here comfortably, up to twenty are possible. An ideal place to celebrate birthdays or corporate events. Privacy is guaranteed at all times thanks to the gated and enclosed property. Ample parking is also available
