The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Lazise, district Pacengo, 100 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. ++ DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NOT IN THE POOL ++ Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a garage.
