The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned flat for rent in Le Bar-sur-Loup. With a surface area of 43 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, iron and ironing board.
