Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 100 m². Bed linen and towels are included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bath and WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A south-facing, shared, enclosed garden of 100 m² with a pergola area and private wrought iron furniture The flat is ideally located in Le Bar-sur-Loup, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities:
- River 300 metres away on foot - More by the sea: family beaches in Cannes, Nice, Antibes Nearby: - Panorama of the Gorges du Loup, access to the Sentier du Paradis - Grasse: world capital of perfume - Nice - The Lérins Islands - Estérel Massif & Pointe de l'Aiguille
- Monaco Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private, enclosed car park at the house.
