Studio Cabin, rue Antigua, on the 1st floor, located in Coudalère.
Equipped to accommodate 4 people, this studio cabin includes a living area, a sofa bed, a functional and well-equipped kitchen, and a sleeping alcove with a 140 cm bed; the alcove is enclosed by a curtain and has a window. Bathroom, separate toilet with a window, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the wooded park and salt lake.

A large parking lot is available for tenants behind the residence (unnumbered spaces).
As part of your rental, you will have access to:
*an aquatic area with two pools: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a water play area for the little ones. The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband that you will receive upon arrival.
*Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field.
*And for fitness or more physical exercise, an outdoor fitness area.

In addition to the security deposit, you will be required to pay a €40 cleaning deposit upon arrival.
In July and August, these deposits can be accepted by credit card imprint, and out of season, by check or cash.

Electricity consumption payable from October 1st to April 30th: €0.20/kWh

Très bien !

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé et propre. Cependant il manque une climatisation en forte chaleur… mis à part ce petit détail nous avons passé un très bon séjour !!
