The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 80 m² apartment for rent in Le Barcarès, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a shared pool. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 30 m² terrace. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Laundry room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200), TV and balcony
- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190), TV
- Bathroom with shower, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An enclosed terrace of approx. 30m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Shared swimming pool (heated), open from June to September. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
