Mitigée

Les bons points de l’appartement : emplacement, parking privé, très proche de la mer, terrasse calme. Les points faibles: appartement trop petit ( on se l’imagine plus grand sur les photos), qui se détériore, ménage quasi inexistant. Une climatisation ne serait pas du luxe. Attention si vous y aller avec des (enfin 1!) enfant: l’électricité est pitoyable….
