Tres tres chaud a l'arrivée (canicule), plus respirable après. Logement tres bien situé, des travaux ne serait pas du luxe, volets et surtout porte fenêtre tres difficile à fermer

Fournaise en pleine canicule pas de climatisation et impossible d' ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer car pas de moustiquaire. Litterie inconfortable, canapé taché. Logement qui pourrait etre bien si remise en état.

Logement bien situé mais mal entretenu

Le logement est très bien situé sur l’île des pêcheurs à proximité des pistes cyclables, du site des Dosses, de la Coudalere, du Lydia et sa promenade des arts, du port, du centre ville et ses différents marchés. En revanche le logement et ses équipements est vieillissant, les volets tombent en miettes, la baie vitrée ne ferme pas, le mini parasol est cassé, pas de grille pour le barbecue, le canapé est sale, la propreté est limite.

L appartement est conforme aux photos mais l état général est à revoir les murs sont sales est en mauvaise état, pas mal de choses cassées ( tiroirs, robinet, volets, baie vitrée….) Dommage faudrait faire un bon coup de rafraîchissement

A éviter si possible

Nous avons été dans cette maison au début de septembre, et en regardant les commentaires, nous avons été choqués de constater que les tâches au mur des toilettes dataient de si longtemps! Le ménage est vraiment, vraiment à revoir... Je vous conseille vivement d'emmener vos draps, nous n'avons pas oser dormir sur ceux du logement, au vu de l'état de ce dernier. Aussi, il faut prendre en compte le lac juste a côté qui attire beeeaucoup de moustiques (rien à voir avec la maison cependant) :)

Un rafraîchissement est à refaire

Nettoyage des toilettes est à revoir elle était vraiment salle les mur plins de tache de coulures jaune , les ampoule etai pratiquement tousses hors service il manquer le parasol et attention de bien tout prévoir car il ni avais absolument rien ni sopalin ni produits vaisselle , sac poubelle , éponge , savon , PQ il rester la moitier d'un rouleau , toutes la vaisselle était salle , il y a un barbecue mais attention à bien pensser de prendre vos ustensiles car il ni en a pas , terrasse salle ect.

Quelle déception!!!!

Logement vétuste et en mauvais état, portail cassé, porte d'entrée ne ferme plus volet en très mauvais état, risque d'effraction important. Terrasse non entretenue, table vétuste pas de parasol. A l'intérieur la cuisine est correcte, ligne de vie de l'escalier cassée, lit superposé cassé, sdb correcte, w.c immonde, un grand nombre de taches suspectes sur les murs. En conclusion location ne vaut pas le prix demandé, l'agence n'est pas un gage de qualité ,ne fait que donner des clés... à fuir...

BIEN

Il manque la mention BIEN dans les évaluations entre très bien et moyen. Dommage : du coup on opte pour moyen. La maison est correcte, mais dans un état loin du neuf, et l'entretien est très moyen. Le surcoût pour le ménage est excessif, étant donné la propreté très relative des lieux à notre arrivée. Sinon la situation est très bonne, mis à part la proximité de la 4 voies (mais c'est quasi inévitable au Barcarès), pas de vis à vis, la résidence / village est agréable. Globalement très bon rapport qualité prix en moyenne saison.
