We rent a family villa in the heart of Provence and the vineyards of Bandol, 15 minutes from the sea (Bandol) Sanary, St Cyr sur Mer, golf Frégate and the old villages of Castellet and Cadière d'Azur .
It is a house on one floor with a charming garden entirely landscaped with Mediterranean and fruit trees, automatic watering, secluded surrounded by hedges of cypress and natural trees on a plot of 1600m². Quietly located 1.5km from the village of Beausset where you will find shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors etc ..
Large cathedral living room with living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven and all the necessary equipment with a back kitchen including a second freezer, microwave and washing machine.
TV, Wifi. Reversible climate control. Electric heating.
Three bedrooms with wardrobes or wardrobes:
Upstairs bedroom with a bed 140 with master suite: shower room and toilet, a large mezzanine with desk, secretary, printer.
On the ground floor two bedrooms each with a bed of 160 separable in two.
A bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet.
Terrace, garden furniture, gas barbecue.
Beautiful swimming pool of 12 mx 5 with small bath, diving pit, security cover, maintenance provided by our pool.
Parking several cars. Linen not provided.
For security reasons we only rent to families with children who know how to swim perfectly.
Cleaning charge: 120 €
