Ground floor: living room, kitchenette, decorative fireplace and wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, cot), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), shower room (shower/WC).
This gîte, situated north of Le Brethon, boasts a pleasant enclosed garden of 800m² and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Eggs can be collected from the henhouse.
A charcoal barbecue and a swing set are available for your use.
Access to a private pond is 500m away. Saint Bonnet Tronçais is 8km away. Cérilly is 10km away. Montluçon is 35km away. THE COTTAGE'S HIGHLIGHTS: Bed linens and towels provided.
