Positif : Localisation au calme, proche sentiers de randonnéMaison récente, entièrement clôturée, avec volet électrique, TV connectée et frigo américainAnimaux acceptésDraps/Serviettes fournisNégatif :Ce n'est pas une piscine mais tout au plus un bassin de rafraichissement pour 2 personnes (dont le moteur fonctionne H24 - juste sous la fenêtre de la chambre) - J'insiste sur rafraichissement car le système de "surverse" (qui évacue l'eau dans le jardin boue derrière la piscine) fait que la température de l'eau n'excède pas 24 degrés car alimenté en eau en permanence. Personne n'est venue pour l'entretien durant la semaine (saletés au fond).Le jardin est une friche en jachère (pas tondu, pas entretenu). Impossible d'y accéder pour jouer par ex.Le descriptif disait "maison 6 personnes" mais n'est clairement pas dimensionnée pour. Un canapé 2 places dans le salon (pour 6 ?), 4 chaises pour la table extérieure (dont une cassée...), un seul bain de soleil sur la terrasse avec matelas (2 autres sous la pergola dans l'entrée - sans matelas), pas de parasol pour la piscine, ...Le mobilier et les fournitures (cuisines, salle de bain, ...) sont plutôt bas de gamme. Pas de verres à pied ni de tire bouchon mais tout un assortiment d'épices périmées !Le contact avec la conciergerie est agréable et réactif. Consignes d'arrivée contraignantes (pas d'accès avant 17h même si vous êtes là et que la maison est prête ...).
