A renovated, detached former barn, located in a hamlet. Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen, utility room (washing machine, dryer, freezer), WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, WC, shower room) (2 single beds). First floor: mezzanine (relaxation area), shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. Wi-Fi. Landscaped garden of 2000 m² with a 240 m² enclosed area (terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, garden shed, private above-ground swimming pool (diameter: 5.5m) open from June 1st to September 30th). Indian Forest amusement park in Moutiers-les-Mauxfaits, 7 km away. Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/stay; Towel rental: €8 per person per stay.

Additional charges:
Oil heating package: €10 per day (payable to the owner).

Déconnectant !

Les lieux sont encore plus beaux en vrai que sur les photos. Le gîte est d'un volume impressionnant, super bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont été adorables concédant une arrivée un peu plus tardive en cette journée exceptionnelle de Noël. Un séjour en famille où chacun parvient à trouver des espaces pour se poser ou au contraire être ensemble. Après 6 années sans vacances cette semaine nous a apporté tout ce que nous attendions : du calme, du confort, de l'espace... A recommander !!!
