We have renovated this traditional longère to create a pleasant and comfortable place where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.



This 125 m² house features a living room with kitchen area, a master bedroom (1 bed 160x190) with walk-in shower and sink, separate WC, a second bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a third bedroom (3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds), a shower room with two sinks, separate WC, and a mezzanine with TV area and a sofa bed (140x190).



An adjoining utility room is available for your use, where you will find garden furniture and space to store bicycles and personal belongings. If you love peace and the countryside, this longère is perfect for you!



Located in a small hamlet just 2 km from the village center, you will find essential shops such as a bakery, butcher, grocery store, hairdresser, beauty salon, nurse’s office, and post office.



Ideally situated between Touraine and Sologne, close to Beauval Zoo and the Loire castles.



You will be near the region’s top sites: 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 20 minutes from Cheverny, 25 minutes from Chenonceaux, 35 minutes from Amboise, 45 minutes from Chambord, as well as other places to discover like the Fosse Penelle quarry, Cornilly Abbey, Gué Péan castle, Monthou sur Cher lake, mushroom cellars, and the magnanerie.



Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided. Travel cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. Cleaning is available for an extra fee. The deposit may be adjusted if you bring a pet.
