This charming 38 m² flat in Le Coteau (Roanne agglo) can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely 14 m² bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 35 m² garden.
