Advertises air con. Booked on that basis. On a hot summer night was told there isn't any. Following a hot sleepless night find out there is air con but only switched on at the managers whim. What way is that to run a hotel? Where is the customer service? Very very disappointed. Otherwise hotel was good and staff were pleasant and helpful but if thats how the manager likes to look after guests won't be staying again.
