Welcome to Le Croisic! This duplex, located on the first floor of a residence facing the ocean, is perfect for a seaside stay. Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it offers you a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic, ideal for admiring the sunset. The residence has a swimming pool and direct access to the beach, allowing you to fully enjoy swimming and walks along the shore. Stroll through the streets of Le Croisic, discover its lively port and characteristic houses, taste fresh seafood or set out to explore the wild coast and its preserved landscapes. This fully equipped apartment has been designed for your comfort, so that you can approach your holiday with complete peace of mind!
The swimming pool is open from 15/06 to 15/09.
Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant living space opening onto the balcony. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook with simplicity. For your breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal. The living-dining area consists of a bench, a table for 4 people and a television, ideal for sharing good meals and convivial moments. The balcony, with its unobstructed view of the Atlantic, is fitted with a table for 4 people, perfect for summer dinners facing the ocean.
The night area includes two bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a television. The second, located upstairs, has a double bed (140x190 cm), a cosy room with a low ceiling.
The accommodation also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
You will find a laundry and a secure bicycle room in the residence.
To park, you will have a private space in the residence's car park.
