Maison adaptée pour un séjour familial

Avec ses 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, jardin ombragé, cour intérieure pour une voiture et des vélos, table de ping-pong, quicker, variété de la vaisselle, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, TV, WIFI, proximité de la baie et de la plage, etc .... on ne pouvait rêver mieux pour passer 1 semaine avec nos 6 petits-enfants âgés de 6 à 12 ans.... avec le soleil en prime, la gentillesse de la propriétaire et de l'accueillante sur place, Mme Marseille.

Maison confortable

La maison est très confortable et spacieuse. Nous étions 2 familles (4 enfants au total), sans avoir l'impression d'être à l'étroit. Cuisine bien équipée. Pièce de vie agréable avec sa cheminée en hiver et les enfants ont été ravis d'avoir leur petite table.La situation est parfaite à 2 pas de la plage, et 8-10min à pied du centre ville et notamment d'une bonne boulangerie (qui fait de bonnes gaufres liégeoises!). Très bonne communication avec Mme Henroz et l'intermédiaire sur place qui s'occupe de la remise des clés.Le Crotoy et la baie de Somme valent le détour même en hiver pour profiter du bon air de la mer!

Maison parfaite pour les séjours familiaux. À deux pas de la baie, du centre ville et du port. La salle de bain commune pourrait être rénovée notamment la douche de la baignoire. Sinon tout est parfait.

Agréable séjour

Le séjour s'est très bien passé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié tous les jeux mis à la disposition des enfants (babyfoot et table de ping-pong). La maison est grande, agréable et bien située. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Maison très bien située

Tres belle propriété de famille, qui propose des beaux espaces et une belle situation géographique. Il faudrait une numéro de téléphone ou joindre les propriétaires car j'avais effacé le numéro par mégarde et même avec Abritel nous n'avons pas réussi à les joindre..

Maison familiale proche de la plage

Maison spacieuse, très agréable : joli jardin fermé, salon et salle à manger spacieux idéal pour les grandes tablées, 3 grandes chambres. Seul bémol : les SDB sont un peu vétustes et l’insonorisation entre le RDC et l’étage très mauvaise. Proximité immédiate avec le littoral, 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Par contre il ne s’agit pas d’une vraie plage, c’est la baie , donc très vaseux et la plupart du temps il n’y a pas assez d’eau pour se baigner (voire pas d’eau du tout!). Mais c’est idéal pour les châteaux de sable en famille !

Bien située et belle maison

Jolie maison, manque juste peut être un petit rafraîchissement notamment de l'installation électrique. Très bien située (50 mètres bord de mer) Agréable à vivre avec son jardin clos Table de ping ping et baby foot mis à disposition bien agréable pour les ados.

Si vous n'êtes pas Mac Gyver, il vaut mieux vous abstenir

Maison dans son jus. Electricité à revoir d'urgence ! Surprise en revenant de diner, plus de courant ! Après multiples recherches dans le noir, j'ai identifié l'origine du circuit qui fait disjoncter l'installation => Plus de frigo ni de lave-vaisselle. Les interrupteurs de la salle et salon n'ont aucune fonction, seuls les prises de courant fonctionnent. Un bon point pour le chauffage et les fenêtres qui semblent neuves.
