l'annonce est mensongÚre, cet appartement n'est pas au pieds des piste mais a proximité ,environ 150m,le cabinet de toilette est en fait, un petit lavabo dans les WC, donc une seule salle de bain pour 7 personnes ,mais dans l'ensemble cet appartement est correct.

Prestation et emplacement top

2 Úme fois dans cette résidence, et tout le monde est content ! L'appartement est spacieux. 5 adultes et 4 enfants (3 à 8 ans) , et on se marche pas dessus. Une deuxiÚme salle de bains serait idéal, mais celle si est déjà assez grande pour y passer à 2! On marche 50 mÚtres, on chausse et on descend à ski ! La piscine c'est un plus pour les non skieurs.CÎte logistique, c'est un peu le bazar pour récupérer la clé et les Draps, mais vu comment ça débite, on en tiendra pas Rigueur. C'est les vacances ! Et c'est vraiment bien !

Merci de votre accueil, nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour ! Tout est trÚs bien et l'appartement était plus grand que nous le pensions ! Donc bonne surprise. Seul bémol, la table à manger qui est assez petite pour 9 personnes. Bonne continuation

L appartement est vraiment extraordinaire, la taille, l emplacement,...merci beaucoup Ă  l hĂŽte. En revanche la Conciergerie une catastrophe pas de code pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la clĂ© on a du attendre plus d une heure avec un bĂ©bĂ© pour avoir quelqu'un, nous demande de passer le lundi, Ă  2 reprises on passe, personne. Draps sales, nous n'avons pas eu le code changĂ© pour aller Ă  la piscine et enfin n'est pas venu le jour du dĂ©part pour Ă©tat des lieux et remise des clĂ©s. Si on appelle pas en s inquiĂ©tant, pas d'appel ni rĂ©ponse au mail. Ceci n'est en aucun cas contre le propriĂ©taire mais je pense qu'il faut qu'il le sache car doit payer ou lui prendre des frais. Sinon appartement au top merci beaucoup 😉👍

Appartement fidĂšle Ă  sa description et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. On s'y sent bien et la vue dominante est superbe. Dommage que la table de salle Ă  manger n'accueille que 6 personnes alors qu'il est donnĂ© pour 8/10 mais cela ne nous empĂȘche pas d'y revenir chaque annĂ©e !

Bel appartement, des choses Ă  revoir pour que ce soit parfait

le logement est toujours aussi fonctionnel et bien aménagé, par contre, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas de chauffage, ni d'eau....par - 8 degrés, l'appartement a mis un certain temps à se réchauffer. De plus, nous n'avons pu obtenir le badge pour se garer en sous sol comme lorsque nous étions venus l'année précédente....car parait-il que ce serait une option....alors que l'espace aquatique est fermé pour économie d'énergie mais la location n'a pas baissé pour autant....Les draps fournis pas trés clean avec des cheveux et taches suspectes.

Prima locatie tot 8 personen met kinderen, met een paar gebruiksaanwijzingen

Het is een nette en goed geoutilleerde locatie. Je kunt er met 8 man prima slapen, eten en recreëren. Belangrijk om te weten: het balkon staat op het oosten. Dus je hebt de ochtendzon en niet de warme wintersportmiddagzon. Verder zijn de twee stapelbedden wat kort voor mensen van enige lengte. Dus deze zijn vooral geschikt voor kinderen. Als je eigen beddengoed meeneemt, bedenk dan voor het onderlaken dat één van de tweepersoonsbedden ook een tweepersoonsmatras heeft. Voor de sauna en het zwembad zijn er geen kleedruimtes. Dat is omkleden op het toilet daar of een badjas meenemen. Met je skischoenen mag je niet door het pand lopen en er is geen plek daarvoor in de kelder bij de ski's. Die moet je dus in de hand meenemen, lopend op je sokken. Gelukkig hebben ze op het toilet bakken staan die je in de kamer kunt zetten, waar je de skischoenen in kunt zetten. Badkamer en toilet zijn prettig en schoon. De keuken is een beetje krap met koken, maar er zijn voldoende spullen. Het is even uitvinden hoe de keramische kookplaat werkt. Negeer het woord 'timer'. Daar gaat het puur om de stand van de kookplaat. Voor de skipiste moet je een honderd meter omhoog lopen. Dat is prima te doen.

Un bel appartement mais avec quelques points noirs !

L'appartement est conforme au photo. Par contre les 2 coins montagne non pas de fenĂȘtres. Le plus dur a vivre est que l'appartement est fourni avec un seul jeu de clĂ© et bip de garage ce qui rend la gestion des clefs dĂ©sastreuse. ImaginĂ© 2 familles avec de nombreux niveaux de ski diffĂ©rents. Je vous laisse imaginer ! Autre point noir. Le casier Ă  ski. Celui de l'appartement est non fonctionnel. Nous en avons trouvĂ© un mais impossible d'y loger 8 ski et chaussures. Nous avons du utiliser le garage clos pour remĂ©dier Ă  ce problĂšme... Dernier point la piscine semblant sympa au dĂ©part s'avĂšre froide et donc assez inutile... DĂ©solĂ© mais le bilan est mitigĂ© surtout Ă  cause des clefs..

RĂ©sidence agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et appartement spacieux et avec rangements pour 2 familles. RĂ©cent et bien entretenu, lits confortables. Le local Ă  ski est trop petit pour stocker pour 8 personnes ce qui oblige Ă  monter du matĂ©riel dans l’appartement. Le mĂ©nage Ă  l’arrivĂ©e aurait pu ĂȘtre mieux fait. En termes de localisation l’accĂšs au pistes est facile si un niveau dĂ©butant est dĂ©jĂ  atteint (pas pour les enfants de moins de 5 ans) sinon il faut emprunter la route et la montĂ©e ou la dĂ©cente peuvent paraĂźtre longues avec l’équipement Ă  porter. L’espace piscine est agrĂ©able mais peu pratique pour se changer ou ranger ses affaires et l’eau un peu froide. Globalement nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette rĂ©sidence de trĂšs bon standing avec parking et piscine intĂ©rieure (mĂȘme pas assez chauffĂ© Ă  notre goĂ»t :) ), appartement de belle surface (avec une trĂšs belle piĂšce Ă  vivre et un coin nuit bien sĂ©parĂ©), Ă  la dĂ©co rĂ©cente et au propriĂ©taire disponible et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Magnifique vue sur la montagne, centre du village Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied en contrebas, petit bĂ©mol sur l'insonorisation entre appartements (qui varie bien entendu en fonction du voisinage :) ) . Nous recommandons cet hĂ©bergement pour un sĂ©jour dans cette merveilleuse station

Belle résidence dans agréable village de montagne

Résidence de trÚs bon standing avec parking et piscine intérieure, appartement de belle surface, à la déco récente. Belle vue sur la montagne, centre du village à quelques minutes à pied en contrebas. Nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour dans cette belle région qui respire la sérénité.

Appartement spacieux, moderne car neuf, et fonctionnel. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation est vraiment de mauvaise qualité, le double vitrage n'est pas efficace car on entend bien les voitures sur la route. Heureusement, ce n'est pas une route passante.
