Located in the small village of Diamant southwest of Martinique on the Caribbean coast, the villa "thrushes" is 50 meters from the beach which is one of the finest of Martinique with its 3 km of white sand.
You can see from the villa the famous Rock of Diamant 175 m high, nature reserve for birds. You will be possible to go there to dive (dive) and admire all species of fish typical of our island.
At 20 meters from the villa you will have access to local shops to taste the local specialties (sausages, pies, jam tarts etc ...). You can walk to the village of Diamond in the warm and friendly atmosphere, visit his church historical monument or the father of David museum rich in objects of Martinique heritage.
You will also find many restaurants, two pharmacies, a post office and many souvenir shops, grocery stores, pastry.
The local market is located next beach is very busy in scents, spices and tropical fruits ...
The coast road will take you to Anse d'Arlet along the dreary Larcher, breathtaking views of the bay and the Diamond range, it is possible to get there by hiking to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view, one the most beautiful of our island.

Wonderful vacation near everything!

Nicole was very attentive and available for anything we may have needed. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, town, restaurants and grocery stores. The place was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Nicole!

Nice, clean, very convinient, would recomend to every body at any time

We were met at the arrival, greeted and treated nicely. They were waiting for us to get our rental and then guided us straight to villa Which we would never find by our self's, since we arrived in the dark. Also, Nicole was very kind and bought us some food to get though the morning. People there very nice and helpful. Every thing, literally 20 to 50 miters away. Beautiful beach, quiet with nice send Amazing views. Great vacation Thank you Nicole!

Notre première fois en Martinique

Un séjour extra dans la maison de Nicole. Nous sommes venu passer 15 jours au Diamant. Tout d’abord je remercie Nicole de s’être adaptée a nos horaires aussi bien à l’arrivée (3h de retard dû aux grèves) qu’au retour où elle nous a permis de partir un peu plus tard que convenu! La maison est extrêmement bien agencée avec 3 belles chambres climatisées et munies chacun es de placards de rangement, serviettes de toilettes et de plage au besoin. L’une des chambre est attenante à une première salle d’eau avec Wc très pratique puis une autre salle d’eau se trouve toute proche d’une 2eme chambre ce qui permet l’autonomie et la tranquillité de chacun Nous étions 6 voyageurs dont 2 enfants de 6 et 9 ans. Tout était parfait concernant le logement! L’emplacement est top également, il permet d’aller visiter à proximité ( en voiture) vers le sud de l’île. La plage du diamant est très belle même si nous avons préféré d’autres plages pour nous baigner de part les vagues importantes. Le centre du diamant, le marché, les différents restaurants nous ont plu. La supérette est à 3 minutes à pieds ( Super U) et la boulangerie est très bonne (2 minutes à pieds). Ce qui n’oblige pas à prendre la voiture pour les besoins du quotidien. Également une pharmacie toute proche… Bref nous recommandons Nicole et sa jolie maison les yeux fermés. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité sont un + lors d’un premier voyage sur l’île. Nous reviendrons 😎

Séjour parfait

Séjour parfait pour nous... Accueil trés sympathique et parfaitement ponctuel, Maison tres mignonne, propre et fonctionnelle. Plage du Diamant accessible en contrebas, à 200m. A l'entrée du bourg du Diamant. Ce qui permet de rayonner à la fois vers les plages du sud ouest (anses d arlet, dufour...), et vers la nationale pour atteindre sud et nord de l'ile 3 grandes chambres indépendantes avec clim et lit avec moustiquaire (tres utile), 2 sdb avec wc, 1 cuisine donnant sur grand sejour / terrasse A noter : tres bonne boulangerie à 3mn à pieds (ideal pour les gourmands du matin...), ainsi qu une superette d'appoint.

Schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Schönes freistehendes Ferienhaus mit 3 großen Schlafzimmern und einem offenen Wohn- und Essbereich, welcher mehr einem offenen Wintergarten gleicht als einem richtigen Wohnzimmer, da der Bereich zu 3 Seiten hin komplett aufgemacht werden kann. Lage etwas laut (in den beiden zur Strasse hin befindlichen Schlafzimmern) aufgrund der Hauptstrasse, die vor dem Haus verläuft. Sehr enge und steile Auffahrt zur Garage, die gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Super séjour dans une villa charmante et pleine d atouts

Nous venons de passer 15 jours forts agréables dans cette petite villa pleine de charme malgré les travaux quotidiens chez les voisins. La maison est dotée d un séjour/ terrasse situé sur l arrière, bien ventilé et assurant notre intimité. La terrasse à l avant est plus chaude mais permet de contempler la mer dès le réveil. La.plage et les commerces tout proches nous ont évité de trop utiliser la voiture. Les chambres climatisées sont spacieuses et équipées de literies confortables L accueil et le départ réalisés par les filles de Nicole ont été très agréables, sans chichis ni prise de tête. Merci pour votre sourire et votre gentillesse Nous n.hésiterons pas à revenir lors de nos prochaines vacances!

Maison spatieuse et bien équipée idéalement située près de la plage

La maison est grande, joliment décorée et très bien équipée (cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, douche d'extérieur quand on revient de la plage, buanderie...). Elle est surtout située à deux pas de la très belle plage du diamant, proche d'une boulangerie et d'une supérette, et à 10 minutes de marche (par la plage) du marché. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicole. Seul petit bémol : la route en bas du jardin est passante et bruyante. Le bruit des voitures n'est pas gênant depuis la terrasse de derrière, mais il l'est un peu plus depuis les chambres. Avantage : cela permet de commencer sa journée tôt (par un bain de mer par exemple), et donc d'être dans le rythme de la Martinique. En revanche, si vous tenez à faire des grasses matinées, ce n'est pas l'idéal. Mais ce n'était pas notre cas donc nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

La maison est telle que décrite dans l'annonce : à côté de la plage, un séjour ouvert sur l'espace extérieur qui est très agréable, deux salles d'eau qui sont fortement appréciables pour se rincer du sable, sans compter la douche extérieure qui permet de patienter ... L'équipement est parfait pour ne pas trop travailler en vacances : lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, wifi, barbecue ... Sans compter l'accueil de Nicole qui nous attendait avec une bouteille de rhum et tout le nécessaire pour déjeuner le lendemain matin ! Une superbe maison que je recommande !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und entspricht voll umfänglich der Beschreibung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer und Betten sind groß genug. Nur waren uns die Matrazen etwas zu hart. Dies ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Der Strand ist nur über die Straße auf der anderen Seite und ist einer der schönsten in Martinique. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt. Sie hatte uns auch die nötigsten Lebensmittel und Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt, da wir erst abends an einem Sonntag ankamen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Feriendomizil.

Très bien.

La plage du Diamant est à 1 min à pied. La route est un peu bruyante et assez fréquentée mais la terrasse de derrière (prolongement du salon) est isolée et calme. La villa est plus lumineuse et agréable que sur les photos. Elle est très bien équipée. La propriétaire est venue nous guider en voiture depuis l'aéroport, cela simplifie l'arrivée. Je vous conseille ce logement.

Demeure très agréable à vivre. Bien équipée et spacieuse. A 6, avec les 2 sdb et la grande terrasse de derrière servant de séjour/SAM, aucun PB de place. Coin buanderie/garage très pratique pour faire sécher le linge. Literie : état et dimensions super Accueil chaleureux. Merci Nicole
