On the first floor, 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a magnificent terrace on the sea side for even more space and tranquillity. The car park secured by an electric gate will allow you to park your car safely.

Beautiful Holiday Retreat

The Villa is beautiful and comfortable with everything you need for a family holiday. The pool is wonderful and the views from the patio are gorgeous.

Incredible stay at Villa Regent

Our family was thrilled with our stay at the villa. Is it well situated, with an incredible view of the sea, accessed from the road through a secure gate. The design of the villa is very thoughtful. Each bedroom has access to a terrace or balcony and a private bath. The kitchen is compact, very functional, and nicely equipped, with an integrated dining table. (The nearby U-Express has everything to self-cater.) There is a lovely sequence of space from the villa to the sea. The first floor opens up to a covered outdoor living space and a very large dining table. This fronts a large swimming pool with a beautiful view. Beyond that there is a deck with chaise lounges, and then down to a shared terrace with seating under umbrellas. From there a staircase decends to the sea. There is no real beach, the staircase cuts through a rocky cliff. But at low tide, you easily swim or walk the beach all the way to the city center. The current is a bit strong, but our 12 year old had no problem playing in the waves when the tide was out. Pierre-Henri, our host, was wonderful. Our plane came in very late, and he could not meet us at the villa. He sent us very clear instructions to enter the parking and the villa. He also very kindly bought us some pasta, salad, and bread (knowing that would be late and hungry.) He was attentive throughout our stay with recommendations for dining and excursions.) All in all, this is a first-rate property, peaceful and beautiful, with a great host!

Perfect Spot to Relax
