In a complex of three adjoining cottages, each with its own private entrance and terrace. The property is fully fenced and secured by an electric gate, with private parking. This single-story, recently built (2026) accommodation offers all the comforts of a modern home, including a 5-person indoor spa open year-round. It features an air-conditioned living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge with a sofa, smart TV with Netflix subscription, and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the accommodation. The wooden terrace is furnished with a gas griddle, a six-seater garden set, and three sun loungers. Air conditioning is also provided in the living area.
Baby equipment is available upon request: travel cot, high chair.
Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity are included. Ideally located in the Périgord Pourpre region, this house is a perfect base for exploring a remarkable heritage. Nearby, explore the castles of Monbazillac, Biron, and Bridoire, as well as the fortified towns of Issigeac, Eymet, Beaumont-du-Périgord, and Monpazier. Stroll through the markets of Périgueux and Bergerac, renowned for their local produce, and enjoy a trip to Saint-Émilion, just an hour away, to appreciate its internationally acclaimed vineyards. For large families or groups of friends, it is possible to book two or all three cottages on the property to stay together. A preferential rate may be available upon request from our office, subject to availability.
