Villa Flamboyant - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 11

Located on the east coast of Martinique, the 5-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 11 guests. Facing the sea, this property is ideal for a stay with family or friends in the commune of Le François in the south-central basin of Martinique.

The villa is new and arranged over two floors.

Entering from the garden, you'll find a children's bedroom with bunk beds, accessible only from the outside.

In the hallway off the entrance you'll find a bedroom with two single beds.

On the first floor is a small living room with a dining table that seats 8. Continuing from this space is a corridor leading to the large, fully-equipped kitchen.

Opposite the kitchen are the three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Outside, the terrace features a lounge and dining table. You can also enjoy the swimming pool with sea view.

Upstairs is the living room, where you can enjoy a quiet movie night.

The villa has parking for several vehicles.

Around the villa are a number of amenities:



- the orchid farm at 2.8 km. The 1710 distillery is also nearby.

- Lili's restaurant at the lagoon 5 km away

- For shopping and errands, reach the center of Le Francois in 10 minutes by car, 5 km away.

Visit the Clément distillery, 7 km away, to discover the production of Rhum Agricole.

You can reach the azur kitesurfing center in 13 min. For water sports and discover the josephine bathtub.

For more activities, Pointe Faula beach can be reached in 20 minutes.

The extreme south and the beautiful Pointe Marin beach are 30 minutes away.

And the historic capital to the north of Martinique is just 1h20 away by car.
At the airport exit, take the DUCOS / MARIN direction and continue to the next exit FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN / HIPPODROME. Once you've exited, take the second exit towards FRANCOIS (the exit you'll be taking goes over a bridge). At the next traffic circle, just after the bridge, take the 2nd exit towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN. Then follow the signs for FRANCOIS.

After 10km, you'll reach Le FRANCOIS. At the traffic circle, take the second right towards LE VAUCLIN.

After 5 km, after the Dostaly sign on your right, take the Frégate Est 4 entrance on your left (entrance to the Frégate Bleu hotel).

Follow the concrete road. You come to a downhill slope.
After the descent, there's a wall in front of you. Turn left, it's the first entrance on the right. Green gate.
Go through the green gate. Third villa on the right.
You've arrived.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
