Enjoy numerous activities, and reunite with family or friends in the evening around a delicious meal in an authentic and charming farm.



You will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view, thanks to its location in the alpine pastures of Grand Bornand.

A farm at the heart of the alpine pastures, with a history spanning 160 years.

Located in the Aravis massif at an altitude of 1600m, facing south towards the Pointe Percée, which peaks at 2753m.



On the ground floor, you will have an entrance airlock, a very large living room with a fireplace, a lounge area with its television and sound space, as well as a master bedroom for two people with a bathroom overlooking the Aravis mountain range and a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen.



Comfortable bedding is available in the attic equipped with 4-person bunk beds (refuge atmosphere) as well as eight isolated single beds in three different sleeping areas that can accommodate two to three people.

There is the possibility of modulating the sleeping space according to your wishes.

A toilet area is available in the attic.



To know, you have cameras filming the exterior of the chalet and which are activated.



In the basement, you have toilets, a reblochon cheese cellar, local wine, a cloakroom, and an access area for your hiking and mountain biking returns.



We are in an Alpine pasture, therefore vehicle access is regulated to respect hikers and alpine pasture workers.



Housekeeping and linen rental are two mandatory extras:



The mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning is automatically included in the reservation

- Bed and towel linen: 16.90 euros/person (NOT INCLUDED) to be paid before your arrival.



Housekeeping includes:

- cleaning of floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning of the bathroom and sanitary facilities

- disinfection of the accommodation



Housekeeping does not include:

- washing, drying and storing dishes

- arranging furniture and housing equipment

- removing food items from the refrigerator

- cleaning the oven

- cleaning raclette and fondue appliances



The beds will be made before your arrival and 2 towels will be available per person.

As a guest of this chalet, you'll find a hot tub, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
