Near the center of Chinaillon station, the old village (500/700 m), and ski slopes (ski bus stop 100 m and 5 minutes). Superb semi-detached chalet in solid wood. It includes: a spacious living / lounge bathed in light with fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, one with toilet + 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and dryer shoes) and a ski room.
From the two sunny balconies, on the South West front, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the ski slopes and the valley.

Joli chalet. Dommage qu il manque un peu d entretien. Robinet de l Ă©vier qui bouge, systĂšme pour fermer cassĂ©. Eau sous la baignoire. Portes qui ferment trĂšs mal. Escalier en bois trĂšs bruyant. Le fait d apporter les draps et le linge de maison est moyen. Ce devrait ĂȘtre compris avec la location. Certains lits n avaient pas d alĂšse, c est un peu gĂȘnant. Dans l ensemble, notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able. Mais un Ă©tat des lieux de temps en temps serait nĂ©cessaire. A la longue ce chalet va s abĂźmer.

En famille avec nos 2 enfants et nos 8 petits enfants, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© ce sĂ©jour d’une semaine (NoĂ«l) aux « Papillons », exceptionnelle cette annĂ©e pour son enneigement et son ensoleillement. Trés beau chùlet, spacieux et confortable. La situation est ideale, proche des commerces. Pour rejoindre les pistes les bus sont trÚs efficaces et rapides (moins de 5 min). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Chalet agréable, quelques améliorations possibles.

Chalet trĂšs agrĂ©able dans l'ensemble. Beaux espaces et dĂ©coration agrĂ©able. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e en matĂ©riel pour un grand groupe.FacilitĂ© de parking pour 3 voitures. Un gros point nĂ©gatif est qu'il est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©. TrĂšs difficile avec de jeunes enfants, le plancher grince tellement qu'il est impossible de marcher sans les rĂ©veiller. L'escalier c'est encore pire. Il est dommage que l'entretien ne soit pas mieux rĂ©alisĂ© tant au niveau du nettoyage qui pour les 150 euros payĂ©s laisse fort Ă  dĂ©sirer que pour le suivi de petites soucis( aucune porte ne ferme, une seule ampoule qui s'allume dans le lustre , un seul lit superposĂ© avec des petites lumiĂšres, lampes de chevets avec fil trop court pour mettre dans la prise, joints douche dĂ©faits,...) quelques petites choses qui amĂ©lioreraient grandement le confort et l'aspect gĂ©nĂ©ral. 2 des photos des chambres ne sont pas conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ© ( ch1 manque un lit 1 personne Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la fenĂȘtre et ch 3 avec 1 lit 140 dans l'autre sens Ă  la place de 2 lits simples) . L'accĂšs Ă  la navette se fait le long de la grand route, sans trottoir . C'est trĂšs dangereux mais le propriĂ©taire n'en peut rien. Beaucoup de navettes pendant les congĂ©s scolaires, c'est trĂšs pratique) Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine dans le chalet.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité des propriétaires et leur gentillesse !! Nous avons loué du vendredi au vendredi et comme personne ne louait avant aprÚs, nous avons pu arriver et repartir quand nous le souhaitons ! Le systÚme de clés à l extérieur était trÚs pratique pour la grande famille que nous étions (caché clés avec un code devant la maison). Maison trÚs bien équipée avec 2 appareils à raclette je recommande sans hésiter.

Skivakantie 2022

Afgelopen voorjaarsvakantie een week wezen skiën in Le Grand Bornand. We waren met 12 personen (3 gezinnen) en dit paste allemaal prima. Het is een gezellig en sfeervol huis dat voorzien is van alles wat je nodig hebt. De skibushalte was een paar minuten lopen. De ligging van het balkon was ook super, heel zonnig en fantastisch uitzicht. Kortom een hele leuke plek voor een skivakantie.

séjour agréable malgré quelques désagréments

Chalet chaleureux, agréable et spacieux. Bien équipé. A 10 mn à pied du centre de la station, route dangereuse avec des enfants. TrÚs jolie vue. Quelques points négatifs cependant : - les poubelles de la salle de bain du bas n'étaient pas vidées à notre arrivée (couches sales de bébé) - Ménage moyen - Pommeau de douche maintenu sur la barre avec du scotch (impossible de rincer la baignoire et pas pratique pour se doucher). - Nous avons du réparer le siphon de la cuisine qui fuyait.
