Ideally located in the heart of the resort, just steps from the beach, marina, and shops, this apartment is on the 2nd and top floor of a high-end residence with a private communal swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th.
It comprises an entrance hall, a bright living room with a dining area, flat-screen TV, and a 140cm sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette: electric hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
The bedroom has two single beds (80cm) and a loggia with sea views. Bathroom with WC. A pleasant terrace with garden furniture and an awning offers a beautiful view of the marina entrance.
Secure private parking, gated by an electric gate, is available.
