Apartment very pleasant to live in, with its large terrace which overlooks the bay of Grau du Roi.
Ideal location for a holiday without a car ... quiet but close to all the entertainment.

In order to bring you even more comfort, work has been undertaken this winter (kitchen and bathroom have been redone).

Traumhafte Lage mit bezauberndem Ausblick. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine praktische Ausstattung auch fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte. Ein reservierter Parkplatz hinter dem Haus rundet den Komfort ab. Dans un bel appartement magnifiquement situé au Grau-du-Roi, nous avons passé une délicieuse semaine entre plage, ballades et diverses découvertes. Cette location avec notamment une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer est à recommander vivement.

Überragend schöne Ferientage

Unser Aufenthalt im September wurde zu einer wunderschönen SommerverlĂ€ngerung. Die tolle Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht vom Balkon wusste zu begeistern. Der Empfang durch den Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es mangelte an Nichts in der sehr grosszĂŒgig eingerichteten Wohnung inklusive dem schönen Balkon. Angenehm ist auch dass man keine Parkplatzsorgen hat. Wir konnten einen zur Wohnung gehörenden geschĂŒtzten Parkplatz nutzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Blick auf bewegte Postkartenidylle

Der Blick vom Balkon des Appartements ist unbezahlbar. Man blickt auf eine Postkartenidylle. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr die örtlichen VerhĂ€ltnisse sehr gerĂ€umig und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen! Le Grau Du Roi ist Anfang/Mitte September immer noch sehr belebt, es gibt viele annehmbare Restaurants, wo man ein 3gĂ€ngiges MenĂŒ noch unter 20 € bekommt. Wir empfehlen dringend, an AntimĂŒckenmittel zu denken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

In dem GebĂ€ude darf nur vom 15. Juni bis zum 20. September nicht renoviert werden!!! Wir hatten bis 11.06. gebucht und haben vom Vermieter vor Ort erfahren, dass außerhalb des oben genannten Zeitraums jeder Wohnungsbesitzer das Recht hat, von 8.30 bis 19.30 Uhr BaulĂ€rm zu erzeugen. Über uns wurde eine Wohnung grundsaniert, die Fassade wurde renoviert, der Aufzug musste gewartet und Hecken mit lautem GerĂ€t geschnitten werden - das alles in einem sehr hellhörigen Haus. Und so toll die Aussicht ist, auf der Wiese und am Strand wird ebenfalls bis spĂ€t in die Nacht viel LĂ€rm gemacht.

quelques petits plus et ce serait parfait

excellent accueil, propretĂ© etc.............. on a regrettĂ© le manque d'un coin salon oĂč prendre l'apĂ©ro Ă  l'aise quand il fait mauvais dehors, il y a juste un grand canapĂ© face Ă  la tĂ©lĂ© manquent aussi quelques crochets par-ci par-lĂ  pour suspendre vestes, essuies dans la salle de bains et cuisine
