On the 1st floor, renovated P3 of 93m², consisting of a very large bright living room of 40m² with a 140cm sofa bed and a television opening onto a long balcony with a beautiful view of the canal. A fully equipped separate kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine). Two bedrooms with 180cm bed and television. A bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. A separate toilet. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. Vehicle not necessary possibility of garage in supplement at 200m at the price of 60€ to 100€/Week according to season. (Possibility to rent the whole house 2 x P3 for a total of 12 beds). Animals are not allowed.
In the heart of the city center and 20m from the beach. Come and discover the many fun and touristic activities and visits available to you in Grau du Roi and its surroundings.
