BOUCANET - "Résidence de La Mer" - Come and stay in this secure, tree-lined, upscale residence, directly on the beach, with a beachfront swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-September) and a pétanque court. This 21m² studio apartment is located on the first floor and offers a lovely sea view. It comprises a living room with a sofa bed (140cm), a TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob), a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (2 x 90cm), a shower room with WC, and a 9m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture and sea views. There is a shared, secure parking area. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Linen kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
