A bright 23 m² living room with air conditioning, a sofa bed (140 cm), a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. A well-equipped kitchenette: 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A bathroom with a washing machine. Separate WC. Large storage cupboard in the entrance.
You will also enjoy a pleasant 10 m² south-facing terrace overlooking the port, furnished with garden furniture and an awning.
The residence offers a private communal swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and secure private parking with an electric gate.
