Located on the right bank, just steps from the beach and in a quiet area, this "Côté Mer" apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults). It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge). There is also a spacious shower room with a non-separated WC.

Just a short walk from all amenities and the beach, this apartment is located in a quiet, sought-after area, ideal for a peaceful seaside vacation. It is equipped with all modern comforts, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. Enjoy the calm and serenity of the bedroom, decorated with taste.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking. Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including tax for a double bed (2 persons) or €15 including tax for a single bed (1 person). Basic products provided, except condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
