Ideally located on the north beachfront in the Le Flamant residence, this pleasant 45 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and offers a superb unobstructed sea view, with no road to cross.

A bright living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and a flat-screen TV area
An open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker.
