Located on the ground floor and first floor: enjoy the wooden patio in the shade of the giant ficus tree and/or a small terrace on the street side, depending on how much sun you want, for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. Come and discover the 5 beaches of Le Grau-du-Roi and its 2 marinas and fishing ports, the magical sunsets in all seasons and, just down the street, access to shops and walks along the quays of the fishing port, its terrace restaurants...

Main room: The living room with large bay windows opens onto a terrace with a small garden furniture set.

Kitchen: open to the main room, fully equipped (3 induction hobs, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo-type pod coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 6/8 people, perfect for entertaining guests. You can share good meals with family and/or friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as brandade, the famous monkfish bourride, gardiane de taureau (bull stew), rouille graulène (different from rouille sétoise)... and on the meat side: côte de taureau (bull rib) and gardiane camarguaise (Camargue stew)! Take the time to discover the different vineyards whose speciality is organic sand wine. La Grande Motte golf course is 15 minutes away.

This villa is located on the right bank of Le Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port (one of the last in the Mediterranean) where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers returning from fishing through the canal (turning bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up stalls along the Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina,
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an iconic location for yachts, sailing boats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Watch the flamingos take flight over the waters of the Camargue. The immense Espiguette Beach (Les Landes Gardoises) can be explored on foot or on horseback! (Mas et Ranchs Route de l'Espiguette)
