2 / The access to the river is sufficiently far from the house or difficult to avoid presenting a particular danger. But it will be important not to leave young children unattended if they can walk but not swim.
3 / The house is in a non-unbundled zone, so the speed of Wi-Fi is quite limited, especially during school holidays
