Amazing SEAFRONT apartment. Just a stroll across the garden to the sandy beaches. Wine and dine alfresco on the terrasse as you relax and enjoy your holidays in this beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment, minutes from restaurants, the lively village center, markets and other splendid beaches.
Airconditioned, 30m2 terrasse with large table, sun loungers and a cosy sitting area, 2 good sized bedrooms, separate kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet, private parking. Enjoy a game of pétanque in the garden, restaurants galore, our beautiful and renowned market just 200m away, a stroll to Le Lavandou center and shops/ supermarkets.
The beautiful Îles d’Or: Porquerolle, Port Cros and Levant are a short boat ride away, rentals for bikes, boats and paddles abound. Amazing walks be it coastal or in the nature at your doorstep. Borme Les Mimosa, our neighbor, is not to be missed, and cultural places to visit are all around.

Superbe appartement idéalement situé

Superbe appartement où il ne manque rien ! Idéalement situé car à 30 mètres de la plage et de la promenade sur le front de mer qui va du petit port de Bormes les Mimosas au centre du Lavandou. Tout peu se faire à pied et le paysage est magnifique. L’appartement est très propre et la déco est soignée. Le lit est très confortable et la terrasse est vraiment agréable, on entend même les vagues. Adresse à retenir tant pour l’appartement que pour cette belle région. Merci beaucoup Karen !
