Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat for rent in Lavandou, less than two kilometres from the beaches. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 13 m² terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels are extra. We're waiting for you!

- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Krups coffee machine, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
On foot, the Chemin de la Chapelle, just 50 m from the residence on the left, takes you directly to the town centre and the beach, which can be reached in around 900 m.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's two private spaces (one underground and one above ground).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Hyères, about 23 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approx. 30 km away
