Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 23 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace of approximately 13 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's two private parking spaces (one underground and one above ground).
