The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Le Lavandou, this charming 28 m² flat with swimming pool which is located at 600m from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Location bien située et bien aménagée.

Location calme, bien aménagée et bien située avec un grand balcon (manque une protection des vues vis à vis du parking). Possibilité de se rendre dans le centre du Lavandou à pied. A recommander et idéale pour deux malgré qu'il soit prévu pour quatre personnes.
