Located on the second and top floor of a waterfront residence, this magnificent studio, tastefully fully renovated, has an area of approximately 20 m² with a balcony offering a sea view. It is ideally situated facing the splendid bay of Cavalière. Perfectly equipped, this little piece of paradise is the ideal place for unforgettable holidays. Direct access to the beach through the residence.

The accommodation includes: a living area with sea view from the balcony, a high-quality sofa bed (140x190), two small nesting tables, a dresser and storage wardrobe, Acapulco chair, fabric stool, fully equipped kitchen area with storage cupboards, electric cooktop, dishes and cookware, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom with WC features a vanity unit with two large drawers and a small auxiliary unit and towel dryer.

Other amenities: reversible air conditioning, WIFI, flat-screen TV, LED lighting, hairdryer, ironing and cleaning equipment, electric roller shutters, parasol, drying rack.

Cavalière is a small seaside resort ideal for families. Its large sandy beach is also nicknamed "The Sporty One."

Numerous activities and water sports: water skiing, sailing school, diving, parasailing, jet skiing, beach volleyball, pedal boat rentals, paddleboards, etc.
