Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and elegant living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large television, offering a welcoming space to prepare and share meals with family or friends. The reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort throughout the accommodation.

The large sliding glass doors allow natural light to bathe the interior and provide direct access to the outdoor terrace. Carefully furnished, this 36 m² terrace is a true haven of peace where you can relax while admiring the panoramic view. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue are at your disposal, as well as electric awnings to protect you from the sun.
