Ideally located in Le Lavandou facing the sea and the Golden Islands. Terrace, air-conditioned, internet.

1 person cabin area. Closed by a door.
Shower room: walk-in with wc.
Living room: with convertible (rapido) memory foam mattress in 140. Very comfortable and easy to maneuver. Connected TV, Orange box with decoder.
Separate kitchen:, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer. Very complete tableware. Table, chairs.
Very quiet location and yet close to the city center.
The living room opens onto the terrace, electric shutters, blind for the sun. Table, chairs, deckchairs, lighting.
In July and August, fireworks every Friday evening, taken from the port and visible from the terrace.
Careful delivery. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Drying rack.
4th floor with elevator. South east orientation. The garden of the residence to cross to access the beach. Supervised beach.
