Large private villa with beautiful lush flowers and trees, and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea! Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with new beds, 2.5 baths, new shower, large living room with new furniture and a bright spacious kitchen. The outside environment includes an impressive patio with a family style table where breakfasts and candle lit dinners are enjoyed into the warm evenings. A large inviting pool surrounded with greenery and new wooden loungers is the perfect way to unwind. Villa is 300 meters, a quick walk to a sandy secluded beach with quaint restaurants/bars. Air conditioned villa has been updated and includes new appliances (hob, fridge, stove, washer and dryer). Walking distance to local markets, shops and restaurants. Property can sleep 10 people very comfortably. Ideal for two families or one larger family, as the villa is spacious enough for everyone to have a little privacy of their own.

Villa is an easy drive from two major international airports. Nice is approximately a 2 hour dry and Marseilles is approximately a 1.5 hour drive. Villa is located 8 km east of Le Lavandou and 25 km west of St. Tropez.

Excellent séjour dans la villa

Très belle villa spacieuse, bien aménagée, propre. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec la famille et des amis, nous étions 9 adultes et avons tous apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons bien profité de la grande piscine de la villa, avec ses transats et de la plage juste en bas de la villa, accessible à pied. Nous avons fait de belles ballades à vélo sur les pistes cyclables et les petits chemins du Lavandou. Le beau temps était aussi au rendez-vous. Un magnifique séjour que nous ne sommes pas prés d'oublier !! Muriel

De très belles vacances...

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette belle maison avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La maison est très bien équipée et la relation avec le propriétaire très fluide.
