This contemporary, bright Studio, very nicely decorated - Private numbered parking, of the Residence. The Residence is located directly opposite the beach. This Studio is carefully decorated with great taste and care. Located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a secure Residence of 4 floors, having no trade on the ground floor.
This studio has a very beautiful terrace of 18 m2, located directly in front of the Mediterranean Sea, having a sheltered place, facing the sea, where you can take your meals. It is equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs, and is oriented: East./South./Where is/; Where you can rest, relax and contemplate with great happiness this rare and exceptional 180 ° panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, Lavandou bay, on the Golden Islands (Ile du Levant, Ile de Port-Cros ), on the beaches of Lavandou, the Ports of Lavandou and Bormes les Mimosas, as well as on the magnificent Massif des Maures, and admire as far as the eye can see the rocky cut of the Var coast etc.

Appartement idéalement situé en bord de mer. On pose la voiture sur le parking et tout se fait à pied. De belles ballades en borde mer entre le Lavandou et la Favière. On traverse la rue et on a les pieds dans l'eau😊Je recommande

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre, très bien équipé (en vaisselle, couettes, chaises longues...). Il est petit mais très fonctionnel. Idéalement situé, proche du centre, de tous les commerces, des balades... Et une vue extraordinaire. La double orientation du balcon est très appréciable pour le vent et le soleil. Emplacement privilégié...vue sur mer du matin au soir y compris sous la douche ! Bel immeuble très bien entretenu à deux pas du centre du Lavandou. Logement bien équipé. Quel bonheur de séjourner en front de mer et de faire de belles balades à pied sans utiliser la voiture...

Für die kleine Fläche ideale Raumaufteilung und sauber. Grosse Terrasse.alles da was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht, und die Wohnung ist sehr hell, mit Blick über das Meer auf den Sonnenaufgang. Tennisplatz für Hobby Spieler tiptop. Im Herbst läuft immer noch etwas im Dorf. Die Nachbarn sind auch hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses dans ce studio. La vue exceptionnelle sur la baie du Lavandou est magnifique. Le studio est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. Nous n´avons jamais regardé la télévision, car la vue du balcon remplace chaque "wide screen" :)
