Vous êtes à 8 minutes à pied de la plage de Pramousquier et à 10 minutes de celle de Cavalière. Pour les amateurs de vélo, la piste cyclable est située à 100 m en contre-bas de la villa. La villa est à quelques kilomètres du Lavandou, du joli village provençal de Bormes Les Mimosas et à seulement 30 km du Golfe de Saint Tropez.. Elle offre une surface de 200 M2 climatisée avec piscine, tout équipée et tout confort. Elle est composée d'un salon avec cuisine Américaine, 4 chambres avec salle de bains et toilettes privatives. Vous avez plusieurs terrasses où vous délasser, où vous restaurer afin de profiter des différentes expositions de la villa.
