Gite La Garonne with Shared Pool, Communal Garden, and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Gîte La Garonne, a spacious and comfortable 70 m² apartment in Le Lédat, accommodating up to 6 guests. Perfect for families or groups, it offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom for comfort and privacy. Beds can be arranged as two singles or a queen-size, according to your preference.



The fully equipped private kitchen lets you set your own pace and includes a pod coffee machine with pods provided, as well as a washing machine. Homemade jam is available on request, and seasonal fruit from the garden may be available depending on the time of year. The property also features Wi-Fi, a TV with on-demand video, central heating, and a fan. For families, a private baby cot and high chair are available, as well as shared games and books.



Outside, enjoy your private balcony overlooking the heated pool and the large, fenced, one-hectare shared garden. The communal pool, open from May to October, can be heated on request and is available for an extra fee. There is also an outdoor shower, a shared ping-pong table, a communal playground, and your own private barbecue.



On-site parking offers 3 to 5 shared spaces. One pet may be accepted upon prior request. Events are not allowed, and all accommodations are strictly non-smoking.



The gîte is in a quiet yet convenient location: gas station, supermarket, restaurants, and bakery are 2 minutes by car, and Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 5 minutes away. There is a water sports base nearby, horse riding available on request, and a cycle path at the end of the road. Access is best by car, as roads to the property are unpaved.



Guests are responsible for cleaning. Please leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
