Welcome to Lédat! Enjoy a spacious 70 m² apartment, perfect for 4 guests, designed for simple, comfortable stays surrounded by nature.



The apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can settle in at your own pace. You’ll have Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, electric heating, a fan, and everything needed to cook and feel at home. Self check-in allows you to arrive whenever you wish.



Families are welcome: a baby bed, high chair, and some shared toys and books are available for the little ones.



Outside, relax in a large, shared 4,000 m² garden with trees and a secure fence, offering direct access to the Lot river. It’s perfect for fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply unwinding under the fruit trees. The shared pool (11 × 6 m), open May to October, can be heated for an extra charge. You’ll also find a shared terrace, outdoor shower, playground, table tennis, and a private barbecue. Depending on the season, you can try homemade jams and local fruit.



Parking is available on site (3 to 5 shared spaces). One pet may be accepted with prior request. Events are not allowed and all accommodations are non-smoking.



Set in the countryside, access is best by car (unpaved roads). Shops, supermarket, restaurants, and bakery are 2 minutes away; Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 5 minutes away. Nearby: water sports center, horseback riding, and a cycle path at the end of the road.



Cleaning is the guests’ responsibility. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
