Gite Le Lot with Shared Pool, Communal Terrace and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Gite Le Lot, a 70 m² apartment in Le Lédat, perfect for a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. The accommodation features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee maker, so you can enjoy your stay at your own pace, just like at home.



You’ll have access to Wi-Fi, a TV with video on demand, a washing machine, a fan, and electric heaters. Self check-in makes your arrival easy and flexible. Families with children are welcome: a baby bed, high chair, as well as shared games and books are available.



Outside, enjoy a shared uncovered terrace, an outdoor shower, and a shared 11 × 6 m pool open from May to October (heating available for an extra fee). The grounds offer direct access to the Lot River—perfect for fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, or kayaking. A private barbecue, communal playground, and table tennis are also available.



Parking is available on site with 3 to 5 shared spaces. One pet may be accepted upon prior request. Events are not allowed and all accommodations are non-smoking.



Set on one hectare of enclosed gardens with fruit trees, the gite is conveniently located: gas station, supermarket, restaurants, and bakery are 2 minutes away by car, Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 5 minutes away. Watersports base nearby, horseback riding on request, and a cycle path at the end of the road. Access is best by car, as the roads are unpaved.



Cleaning is the responsibility of guests: the accommodation must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
