    The accommodation is ideally located. You can reach Le Mans city center and the old town in 5 minutes by car or public transport (bus stop nearby): the Plantagenet City with its magnificent Saint Julien Cathedral and the superb, well-preserved Gallo-Roman wall.

    For the many events on the circuit, you can reach them in 10-15 minutes by car. The tram, whose stop is nearby, is also a good option!

    You can also reach the European Equestrian Center in Yvré l'Évêque in 15 minutes.

    The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people: you access the upstairs via a spiral staircase where the bedroom is located. It has a double bed with comfortable bedding. The sofa in the living room can also be converted.
