Parfait pour un week-end au Mans, emplacement au centre ville et à 2mn du tramway . Dans une impasse , petite maison et son petit jardin très calme et très accueillant. Rien à redire

Maison bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer plusieurs mais des points important à revoir - Regarder si l'eau chaude fonctionne avant l'arrivée des locataires - Refaire un brin de ménage avant l'arrivée des locataire ( araignée vivante dans les draps )
